What is the typical delivery timeframe for my order?
We typically process and ship orders within 24-48 hours. Domestic deliveries generally take 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-12 business days depending on the destination.
How do I determine the right size for ethnic wear?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your chest and waist dimensions and comparing them to our chart. For ethnic wear, a slightly relaxed fit is often preferred for comfort.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Do you offer customization or bespoke tailoring?
Currently, we offer a wide range of standard sizes from XS to 5XL. While we do not provide custom tailoring services at this time, our garments are designed with margins that allow for minor local alterations.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes within India.
How should I care for my Vastramay garments?
To maintain the fabric quality and intricate detailing, we recommend dry cleaning for all silk and heavily embellished items. For cotton blends, a gentle hand wash in cold water is advised.
